1. The app
KeepShot is an iPhone app that helps you clean up your camera roll by sorting photos and videos — keeping them, archiving them for deletion, or saving them to a Favorites album — and reclaiming device storage. KeepShot operates on-device and acts on your photo library only as you direct it. You are responsible for the choices you make about which photos to keep or delete.
2. Subscription, pricing, and auto-renewal
KeepShot is offered as an auto-renewing subscription with two options:
- Weekly — $2.99 (US dollars) per week.
- Annual — $19.99 (US dollars) per year.
There is no free trial. Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region or change over time; the current price is always shown in the app before you purchase.
How auto-renewal works
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Managing or cancelling
To manage or cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and select KeepShot. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Apple manages all billing and refunds in accordance with the App Store terms.
3. Apple standard end user license agreement
KeepShot is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies in addition to these terms. You can read it at
https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use KeepShot only with photos and videos you own or are otherwise entitled to manage, and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any photos that matter to you; deleting photos through KeepShot removes them from your device library subject to the standard iOS "Recently Deleted" behavior.
5. Disclaimer of warranty
KeepShot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. Because deleting photos is a permanent action that you confirm through Apple's own system prompt, you are responsible for reviewing your selections before confirming a deletion.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeepShot and its provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or photos, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The current version is always identified by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of KeepShot after an update means you accept the revised terms.
