KeepShot can't see my photos

KeepShot needs Photos access to show you your library. Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > KeepShot and choose Full Access so the whole camera roll is available to sort. If you previously chose Limited or denied access, this is where to change it.

I archived a photo by mistake

Tap Undo to instantly restore your last decision. Archiving only stages a photo for deletion — nothing is removed until you review the archive and confirm. You can also un-archive photos from the archive review screen before confirming.

Where do my Favorites go?

When you swipe up to crown a Favorite, KeepShot saves that photo to a dedicated Favorites album inside your own iOS Photos app. Open Photos and look under Albums to find it.

How do I actually delete the archive?

Open the archive review screen. You'll see the exact count and how much storage you'll reclaim, stated right on the delete button (for example, "Delete 212 photos · 1.4 GB"). Tapping it triggers Apple's own system delete confirmation. Deleted photos follow the standard iOS Recently Deleted behavior.

Manage or cancel my subscription

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select KeepShot, and change or cancel there. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access through the period you already paid for.

Restore a purchase

If you reinstalled KeepShot or switched devices, use the Restore option in the app to recover an active subscription tied to your Apple ID. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with.

Before you reach out

A few quick checks solve the most common questions about an on-device photo cleaner.

Grant Full Photos access

Limited access only shows a subset of your library. Full Access lets KeepShot sort your entire camera roll.

Nothing is deleted until you confirm

If you don't see photos disappear, that's by design — archiving stages them, and you delete on the review screen.

Undo is always there

Any keep, archive, or Favorite decision can be undone. Sort quickly without worrying about slips.

Subscriptions live in Settings

Billing, renewal, and cancellation are all handled through your Apple ID in iOS Settings > Subscriptions.
